Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I don't understand my probation is for drug possession I know 200 % sure that the reckless driving will be drop off so based on what I will be violate

Being arrested can be the basis for a violation. The state does not have to convict you of the underlying charge to prove the violation because that standard for violation is lower. That said having your charge dropped does put you in a much better position to beat or make a deal on the Vop.
