Unemployment Fraud
What are the charges for unemployment fraud in Jacksonville Florida? Is this a felony?

Usually revolves around uttering a forged/false instrument or a fraud charge. They also tie in grand theft charges if monies were actually distributed out. The uttering and/or fraud charge is usually a third degree. The theft charge is depending on the amount, but it usually amounts only to a third degree felony.
