Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I unknowingly purchased a iPhone on Craiglist and sold on amazon.

Later an officer came to my house that I have a stolen iPhone because before selling I inserted my SIM card to check if it is working.

He take my signature on some witness form and told me that I am to in any trouble.

Am I really in some trouble.

I told him all the details from whom I bought the phone and to whom I sold.

Anytime the police are involved there is always the potential of "trouble." While it is possible they may decide to arrest you at some point, you do have a very good defense. You need to contact and meet with an attorney right away to try and have them be your mouthpiece to the state attorney's office in the hopes that the attorney can help get the charge dismissed before it even gets filed on.
