Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I unknowingly purchased and sold a stolen iPhone on amazon.
A officer was able to track as I inserted my SIM card to check if it is working.
I told officer from whom I purchase and whom I sold.he ask me to sign a form what he called a witness form and told that I m not in any trouble.
Am I really in ny trouble .
