ups mail issue
I accidentally threw away a packegde with my address but someone elses name that came from ups. My wife actually signed for it not knowing she could have not signed for it. What are the legal if any issues ivolved? Helppp....

You and your wife are responsible for the value of the package. If you want to know the exact legal issue, look up the term "bailment."
