Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
vacate conviction
I am convicted of utter of forged
instruction I was on probation for 2
years I completed it successfully . I
would like to get the charge removed
but I am over the time limit. I would
like to know if there is something
that I can do in order to get this
charge removed since it cannot be
expunged. Is there any way possible
that I can still file for the motion to
vacate. Please help. Thanks.

Re: vacate conviction
Not likely. You would have been in a better position for expungement had your case resolved differently.

Re: vacate conviction
No but don't feel bad because the motion to vacate would not have worked either.
