Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My vehicle was stolen, I was arrested and had to pay a $600.00 bond to get out of jail after 3 days, my first appointment with my public defender I was notified that the charges were "no Billed", called insurance company to let them know that vehicle was not found and to see about nest move on my end to take care of this matter when I was informed that I would once again be facing cahrges and my insurance will not even discuss the matter with me until case is solved , What do I do?
