Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Vehicular Manslaughter
A friend of mine was convicted of Vehicular manslaughter back in 1984! His license was taken away! And they have never allowed him to get it again! Though, anither guy I know went through the same thing, and got his reinstated in 5 years!
He says he has contactec county and state persooel about this and is either told ''NO'' or gets a run around!
Should he have been allowed to have his license reinstated after all of this time? It's been 24 years ago!
I really don't know what area this fits in.

It is a mistake to compare peoples cases when you don't know the sentencing details of each case. He can hire a lawyer to help him get his license back and give a straight answer.
