Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was vice president of a company and was given permission to sign another's name to checks to pay bills. Now he is threatening to have me arrested. Did I do something illegal? Is it a felony? He is threatening and harassing me about this

If you had permission then it is not illegal. If you did it without permission, then it would be a felony.
