Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
victim
my boyfriend is in prison and we have kids we cant go and see him or he cant call because im his victim but i remember i drop that case and they say we cant see him or talk to him? why? and please someone help us?

As long as his visitaion isn't being restricted at the prison due to the nature of his charges or due to a disciplinary problem he has at the prison, you and the kids should be allowed to visit him. If you are being denied visitation, you should ask the prison officials the specific reason for the denial. They are required to tell you.
