Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a "victim" of a sexual assault lies in her police report about certain aspects of the crime (i.e, told things that are not true to swell the report) and many of those lies are uncovered during the deposition and the person gets impeached or possibly charged with perjury.....can some of the physical evidence obtained from her initial police report be excluded or thrown out because of her impeachement?....how something like could affect the outcome of the case?

The facts you present make the case a triable one and may influence the prosecutor to drop or reduce the charges.
