Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a victim writes a letter requesting the offender not to get PRR act sentencing (in state of Florida), can the request be honored?Can it be honored after the the sentenceing during appeals?

You can always request it, but the state has no obligation to honor the victim's wishes. Once he's sentenced, then his only remedy is an appeal.
