Video Tapeing
My ex wife informed me by phone that she was leaving the home that we owned. I sat up a video camera in the bedroom to catch her admitting ID thieft that was one of the issues in our divorce. Can I use the video in the bases on the camera showing her packing which gave up her rights to that home. And admitting to a crime?

Video taping the wife without her knowledge is not only inadmissable but illegal under the law. You will never be able to use it in court and if you even discuss it, you may be charged criminally.
