Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi, can someone that has violated Florida statute 777.03 with withheld adjudication qualify for a sealing? 777.03 applies toasted being an accessory after the fact to a crime? Thanks.

It depends on what crime you were an accessory to the fact of. If, for example, it was murder, then the answer would be no. On the other hand, if it was a petit theft, then yes you should be eligible. Those crimes are extremes on both ends of the spectrum, so I think you get the idea. You need to contact an attorney to find out for sure.
