Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Im about to get violated on probation on a misdemeanor marijuana possession for not coming in to see my probation officer, i wanted to see if there was any chance i can find an attorney to defend me so i can get my time served but im trying to be out of county jail before august 8,2015. what should i do ?

It's not up to your defense attorney to decide when and how you will be sentenced. That is up to the judge. However, hiring a defense attorney gives you your best chance at achieving what you want. Even though your violation is relatively minor, the judge has discretion to sentence you up to a year in jail. So, what you should do is meet with an attorney in person and have them fight for you in court.
