Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was violated a second time fo violation of probation for nonpayment, when I went to court second time the public defender told me to plead not guilty because the state attorney wanted to give me 11/27. I have an appointment with public defender, I have been looking for work and have had no success, and I also was in an auto accident where I have permanent injuries. What will happen to me?

You are doing thing by meeting with you PD. They will be able to tell you what is likely to happen in court better than any attorney on here can tell you. So trust your PD.
