Violating dv injunction

I am petitioner of DVI and sent past due phone bill to spouse, supposed to pay all bills since hearring ordered,and am worried now that i am going to be accountable for n cgarged w violating the injunction orders not to have contact with respondant.he is evil so am asking WHAT are probabilities?also do u think his not paying bill (2 past due stub i forwrded to his home address) puts him in same type violation?

Not paying a phone bill is not a violation of an injunction against domestic violence. Your communicating with him could be considered to be a violation and could result in problems if you were ordered not to have any contact. It is up to the court to decide on a penalty, if any.
