Violation of Community Control

My fiancee violated his community control and was sentenced to prison. The warrant for his arrest was exicuted after his probationary period ended. I have found cases where they released the inmate because of the warrant not being exicuted until after the probationary period ended. Also florida statues do not specify wether this is legal. Is there anything that can be done in his case?

So long as the affidavit of violation was filed during the probationary period its legal. Other wise probationers would just hide until the probation ran out and then claim the arrest was outside of the time frame. I would need to see the docs to give you a fuller answer.
