violation of proation
if vop occurs due to a technical is a warrant issued? and will this appear on the PAS? is there a bond if arrested?

Warrants get issued whether the violation is technical or not. Whether there is a bond is up to the judge who is signing the warrant, but a bond on a vop, even just a vop for technicals, is pretty rare in most counties.
