Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
violation of probation
I recently violated my probation. When I went to court, the judge ended the old probation and made a new one. When he wrote it up he didnt state that I had to refrane from liquer or illeage drugs. It also didnt state that I must submit to any drug testing. I went to my probation officer and when she tryed to make me take a drug test I told her I was not court order. She told me that she would have them revise the terms. Can she do that? I thought if the judge signs the papers, that final? Can they charge me twice for the same crime?

Re: violation of probation
being tested for drugs and alcohol is a standard of probation so i think they can do it.
