Violation of Probation

The state of Florida has placed a warrant for my arrest because I was late to paying my court fines and fees. Although they have received their entire money - I supposedly have to go before a Florida Judge to lift my warrant. My charges were: A simple Misdemeanor Battery and resist arrest without no violence. I was one of those cases where an LEO falsely accused me through his habitual lie!! This fiendish happening upon me has cost me so many unfair thousands of dollars. My question is: because I was late to paying my court fine/fees and it became a violation of probation - will I have to serve jail for it?

I doubt that you will do jail, but you should contact the probation officer, and ask him if you could resolve this short of returning to FLorida. Otherwise, you will have to go back.
