Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Violation of Probation
I have Violated my probatrion. My probation offcicer recomended that I turn myself in, in talking to someone who went trough a similar situation I was adviced to get a court date on my own along with some other recomendations such as getting a new job and so on. I did and as it turns out I can not get a court date on my own and now I am afraid that I created a bigger mess for myself. I am concern about the concecuences of my actions for violating probation and also for not listening to my probation officer who happens to be really agry at how I decided to handle the situation.
Im seeking leagal advice as to what to do now, do I go and turn myself in and hope for the best or do I hire an attorney to represent me and hope not to go to jail, wich is what I was tring to avoid in the first place.
Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you...
