Violation of Restraining order
Help,I have a nasty,ex boyfriend,we have restraining orders on each other,I placed a phone call,thinking I was dialing my current b/f,instead I got the ex b/f,I left a mssg,again,thinking it was current b/f,I said I miss you and are you on your way here,ok,thanks,nothing that made it personal to ex b/f,other than bad call on my part,I was arrested,got out on bond,2,500,I have to appear in court,where do I stand? will I have to do jail time for this?What usually happens to those who violate injunction,,it wasnt on purpose on my part,please advise,thank you!

Definately a stcky situatation. The penalties range from a slap on the wrist to possible jail time. Obviously we would need to show the lack of actual intent which would not be too easy given the ambiguity of your message.
