Is it a violation of your rights if they arrain you and make you plea to charges before you have a lawyer and can they use what you say against you in court

They can not force someone to enter a plea. It is always an option. Arraignment is typically one of the two times they appoint lawyers (the other being first appearance) and they can use things said in court against you.

No one can force you to enter a plea. And yes, anything you say in Court can be used against you.
