violation

I tested postived for drugs and i am on probation, what happens ?

Your probation officer will likely file a VOP (violation of probation) affidavit with the court. You will have a hearing after your lawyer has a chance to take some depositions/investigate your case. If the judge finds that you violated your probation he could revoke your probation and sentence you to jail or modify your probation.

A violation warrant will be issued andyou will be held until the issue is resolved. A lot depends onthe charges and your history etc.Pls call if you need a lawyer.
