Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
vop and new charge
My grandson has vop which is minor, missing meeting, out of town with out permission, but has a new felony of thieft of 35,000 as a new charge,what should we expect for sentence? He is waiting to get into mental health court, has been determined he should be in, but state is holding it up. What do you think will happen to him.

It is impossible to predict whatwould happen without having all the facts. He is facing considerable jail time on the new case.
