If you are asking for a translation it is 51 weeks county jail with credit for 15 days followed by 30 month probation. The jail sentence is suspended if you successfully complete the 30 months probation and count two is time served.
In other words you do the 30 months probation but if you violate you will be doing about 48 weeks in the jail.
