Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I know that VOP DWLSR means violation of probation habitual offender. But what about VOP KDWLSR?

Actually VOP DWLSR does not necessarily mean habitual offender. In fact it is often a misdemeanor. But to answer your question, I have never seen it abbreviated that way but I would hazard a guess that it means a Driving on a Suspended License with Knowledge.
