Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
second VOP for false charges
I was convicted of DUI in 1997, violated in 98 for financial non payment sentenced to return to probation, then in 99 false charges filed and dropped (before trial and I plead not guilty) but still considered 2nd VOP. I know I have to turn myself in but instead of jail time can I qualify for house arrest? I am a sngle parent with a 9yo and am 5 mos pregnant.
