Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

VOP Felony

June 16th son was arrested for a VOP of a Misd charge/then because he was also on probation for a Felony/he was then held for vilotation of the Felony . Then after that court day he was held for failure to appear for probation in Duval County (alchol under 21) because he was in jail in St Johns country. Then he went to court in duval for this Misd/Vop and was also given a new charge in Duval for selling stolen (stero)to a pawn shop) then he went to court for that got time served as he did not know it was stolen. But again this VOP him again for the Felony Probation and was transfered back to St Johns where he is awaiting a court date on 19December.. My question is this when he was arrested on Misd Vop and Then Felony vop ...he has always remained in Jail after the Judge reinstated his Felony VOP there for he was never able to go to the Prbation office so does the 2nd VOP apply as he has been in Jail from 16june?
