Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
VOP Hearing
My friend had been in jail for over 60 days awaiting extradition from North Carolina to Florida. Florida finally picked him up and he was in transit for another 7 days. His probation is scheduled to end 1/2009 but he was violated because his house foreclosed. Even though bond was denied at the bond hearing, can a private attorney resolve a case before the actual hearing?
