Vop
my son was arrested at school for vop for fighting with another student. He was charged with vop, battery and affray what is his legal rights. he was on probation for petit theft and this was his second time being charged with fighting. he was charged as a juvenile and now as a adult. he is 17 yrs old. the petit theft charge was in adult court thats why he is now in a adult jail. he has two months until granduation.

I am not sure exactly what your question is however, if he is charged with a VOP I would recommend contacting a attorney in your area to guide you both throught this process. There is a general condition of every probation sentence for the probationer not to be contrary with any law. Obviously, being invlved in a fight could be a basis for a VOP. Good Luck
