vop on sworn complaint
if im on probation an have a sworn complain filed against me can that violate me...

It may, but doesn't have too. There at least has to be probable cause that a new crime ws committed for them to violate you in such a case. If you are arrested, or an information is filed and you get a notice to appear, that would probably trigger a VOP.
