Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can i vote
back in 1982. arrested for possession of marijuana. Dont remember if it was a felony. ''withheld judification'' (what is this?) Can i vote? How do i find out?

If your adjudication was withheld for the marijuana charge (regardless of it being a felony or misdemeanor) then yes you can vote if you have registered. If you want to seal your criminal arrest record you can do that too. Call me if you have questions regarding sealing your arrest record.
