If the judge restricted your travel from your local county or state, then no you can't leave. However, that would be very unusual for a misdemeanor, so unless there is an order from the judge, you should be free to travel so long as you return on time for your court date.

In Miami you can freely travel when facing a misdemeanor. Just make sure you are at your trial date or else you will get a bench warrant. If you need further help feel free to call 305.6703119.
