Waiver of Prosecution
If I sign a Waiver of Prosecution does that make me ''unavailable'' for deposition and testifying in court

Re: Waiver of Prosecution
No. If you waive prosecution you are telling the State they can choose not to prosecute and that would be okay with you. If they go forward anyway, you must respond to their subpoenas.
