Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i wanna know

My husband cought robbery with deadly weapon charge in 2003 he did 30 days in the county and his lawyer got him out on pre trial release and house arrest in which he searved 2 years already plus he paid all his money that he owed the state. but unfortunatly he violated house arrest by not being at the residence and for leaveing the county he already searved 30 days in the county and his po gave a good recomondation she stated for him to be reinstated back on house arrest but he worried that on may 5th that state atounrey will go against that what are his chances of getting out?what do you think the state will offer?

i think you have written guru before with this question. the way you have written the facts makes it hard to answer you question. If he was on pretrial house arrest and violated, it is likely he will stay in until his case is resolved. If he plead guilty and violated the terms of probation the judge can send him to prison for 15 years, or reinstate him, or givre him county jail and continue his probation.
