Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i wanna put someone to jail and sue them in question of another person murder how can i do it

If you suspect a person has murdered somebody then you need to contact the police. You don't get to put anybody in jail. Only the State can do that. If you have already talked to them and they feel they don't have enough evidence to pursue a criminal case, then you could pursue a civil case. It wouldn't put the person in jail but you could get money out of them. That said, you better make darn sure you have enough evidence to pursue a civil case, because if you are wrong then you could be facing a defamation claim. Obviously with such stakes make sure you talk to the State about prosecuting and then an attorney about a civil claim.
