Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I wanted to know if there was any way I could have an alledged father retake a paterity test if I suspect fraud and the test came back negative. I recently found pictures on the Internet of this person and his family and I believe he had his brothe take the paternity test 14 years ago. My son who is 15 now did email him and asked if he would take the test again and he said no because he was already proven not to be the father. I guess my question is can I have him retake the test?

Probably too much time has passed. You could ask, but you'd have to have some strong, recently-discovered evidence that there was fraud.
