Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I wanted to revoke a bond but was told I couldnt but then the gentleman that owns the bail bonds told me I could. The mother went down to the bail bonds and set the bond in her name but my name is also on the bond. My question is if I revoke it what happens to the 10 % i put down? also if the mother put her name on the bond would she have to put the 10% down also?

The 10% you paid to the bail bondsman was a fee for his services. If you revoke the bond, you will not get this money back.
