i was wanting to know if your in custody how long do they have to arraign you

You must be brought before the judge within 48 hours after arrest so that a probable cause determination can be made and an appropriate bond is set. The arraignment must take place within the speedy trial period which is 175 days for a felony and 90 days on a misdemeanor.
