Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
warrant from another county
I have a warrant in another county. Can I turn myself in, and bond out in the county I live in for the warrant without being extradited?

It depends if a bond has been set and of course if you have the money to post it if it has.
An attorney may be able to do an in-court surrender and avoid you having to go to the jail.
if any of these are in South Florida give me a ring and I could help, or at least steer you in the right direction.
