I have a warrant for a failed to pay citation for which I have a court date, can I get arrested in court?

If there is an outstanding warrant you are always at risk of being arrested. However, if you are going to court to take care of the warrant, then maybe the judge will withdraw the warrant and you can resolve your case. In other words, don't go to court thinking you will get arrested. Go to court so that you avoid being arrested. Even better, get an attorney to go with you.

I saw your question and the one answer. I agree with that ans. However, if you are going to Court on another matter, that Court may not be able to touch the capias/warrant if it is set by another judge.
