Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a warrant in Massachusetts and I contacted Barnstable MA District Court to find out how to clear the warrant. They said that I, or my lawyer must appear in Barnstable District Court MA. I am unable to go to MA now as I reside in FL. The charges are misdemeanor and my question is as follows ; Can I hire Massacusetts Public Defenders Office to represent me (Ibelieve I qualify) to represent me in Barnstable MA?

You'd have to contact the public defender in Barnstable and ask them. They might have a way to represent you without you having to appear. Don't do nothing though as that will only make things worse. At a minimum, write a letter to the judge explaining why you can't make it to court.
