Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have an old warrant for mistermeanor in SC for not completing domestic violance classes do to work relocation now in florida, will i be arrested if i go to local FL dmv to renew old licence?

Probably not, but that doesn't solve your problem even if you aren't arrested. You need to talk to an attorney in SC to see what can be done.
