Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you have a warrant in Ohio for failure to appear and you get arrested in Florida for retail theft after your finished with your sentence in Florida and they get ready to extradite you to Ohio can you request to serve your sentence in Florida since you reside in Florida.

No. Only Ohio can do the sentencing and the sentence.
