Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a warrant in Orlando, FL for a Violation of Probation for a violation of domestic injunction (Misdemeanor) i have been living in New York City, if they run the warrant and catch me up there will they extradite me back to florida for this VOP?

They might. law enforcement doesn't always extradict for misdemeanors, but they will many times for violent ones, such as a battery.
