Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have a warrant for a retail theft whcih in nh is a felony. even thought the total was just over 100$. i want to move to florida and was told that my fugitive of justice warrant will only appear in new england for expidition. is this correct?

You need to talk to a New Hampshire lawyer. Generally speaking once a warrant is issued then it is good in all 50 states and New Hampshire can extradite you from whatever state they want. Talk to a New Hampshire attorney to be sure though.
