Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Warrant for VOP Felony
My boyfriend was arrested for VOP, because he was arrested for domestic volence (misdeamenor). His probation is in Martin County, Fl and he is being held in a Miami-Dade County jail. The misdeamenor charge was dropped. He has to be picked up by Martin County. How can we speed up the process?

Re: Warrant for VOP Felony
You can't. However, you may be able to hire an attorney to have the warrant and the VOP dismissed against him. Dade County will then release him. Otherwise, you'll just have wait for Martin County Transport.
