Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if there is a warrent for someone in the circuit courts but not in hcso arrest records
what should they do

They should get a lawyer right away. The sheriff won't always show warrants or arrests, but the clerk will have it. Hire a lawyer to help out with this.
